Everton willing to sell Tyler Dibling if they sign new winger
Everton could be willing to sell Tyler Dibling if they can get a new winger through the door this summer, sources have told Football Insider. The youngster has emerged as a target for RB Leipzig once again, after they previously tried to sign him during his days at Southampton.
What happened to Tyler Dibling at Everton?
Dibling's move to Everton simply hasn't worked out so far, and he has made next to no impact at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. He has struggled to win the trust and support of manager David Moyes, despite the club fending off plenty of rival interest to sign him last summer.
Why it matters for Everton
Everton are not actively looking to cash in on Dibling, but could consider a deal if they can secure a high-quality replacement on the flanks. Sources have indicated that they could be tempted further if the chance arises for them to recoup the initial £35million that they spent on the 20-year-old.
What comes next for Tyler Dibling?
All possibilities are on the table for Everton when it comes to Dibling, with a loan move away also not out of the question. There is a hope on Merseyside that the wideman can push for more regular opportunities this time around, especially if Jack Grealish does not return from Manchester City.
Everton 'capable' of paying Baris Alper Yilmaz fee
Football Insider revealed earlier this week that Everton still have enough money in the bank to pay the fee for Galatasaray star Baris Alper Yilmaz this summer. The forward is a player who is firmly on the Toffees' radar, and it is understood that they would be 'capable' of meeting his £35m valuation. Yilmaz enjoyed an impressive season for the Turkish giants last term, notching 12 goals and 14 assists for them in all competitions. Galatasaray are reluctant to lose the 26-year-old this summer, but would consider a sale if their asking price was reached.
As of 06 Aug 2026, Everton are 13th in the Premier League, with 49 points from 38 games, and a recent form of LLDDL. They have scored 47 goals and conceded 50 this season, leaving them 36 points behind leaders Arsenal. Their next fixture is away to Sunderland on 20 February 2027.
